A razor appears to be all Jose Bautista needed to break out of his seven at-bat hitless slump.

The now-clean-shaven right fielder went 3-for-4 with two homers and four RBIs as the Toronto Blue Jays came back to beat the Houston Astros, 7-5, on Saturday afternoon at the Rogers Centre.

The Jays (23-22) trailed 4-0 in the sixth when Bautista hit a three-run homer to bring them within striking distance for an eighth win in their last 10 games.

After Jose Molina singled to score Eric Thames and tie the game at 4-4 in the seventh, Yunel Escobar needed only two pitches to send a Brett Myers’ (1-4) offering deep to left field and put the Jays up for good.

The Astros are 2-23 when trailing after seven innings.

Bautista’s 18th home run of the season, a solo shot in the eighth, made it 7-4 and put the crowds on their feet once again.

Chris Johnson went 2-for-3 with three RBIs to continue his hot weekend for the Astros (16-30) which have the worst record in the NL.

Former Jays’ prospect Brett Wallace went 2-for-3 with an RBI for Houston. Wallace was involved in the July 2010 deal where Toronto acquired minor league outfielder Anthony Gose.

Brandon Morrow (2-2) went six innings for Toronto, giving up nine hits and four runs, all earned, with three walks and six strikeouts.

Casey Janssen (1-0) got his first win of the season in one inning of work tallying one strikeout.

Myers went 6 2/3 innings and gave up six runs, five earned, on eight hits with two strikeouts and no walks.

Morrow found himself in early trouble having the bases loaded with one out and Wallace at the plate whose sacrifice fly put Houston in front 1-0.

A short lob to right field from Johnson, who was Friday’s hero in Houston’s comeback win, scored Hunter Pence from second base to make it 2-0 after the first.

The Astros’ third baseman got his second RBI in the third when his two-out single to right field drove in Carlos Lee to extend the lead to 3-0.

Morrow, who has struggled at home this year, did not have the start he was hoping for as his pitch count was in the mid-50s after just three innings.

Johnson’s big series continued in the fifth when his sacrifice fly scored Lee again, who had reached second with a rare steal after singling to left field, to put Houston up 4-0.

Octavio Dotel got his first save of the season in 2/3 innings of work where he recorded one strikeout.
